WHAT MAKES BNB SQUICK CLEAN DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLEANING SERVICES?

We understand that a well-cleaned home is a comfortable one. Our dedicated staff focuses on providing professional-grade services and attention to detail, ensuring that no corners are cut in the process. We are committed to making sure that your home is spotless and inviting, so you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. We strive to make sure that each clean is thorough and that you are completely satisfied with the end result. With our experienced team of cleaners, you can be sure that your home will be taken care of with care and precision.

FIRST CLEAN (OR YOU HAVEN'T BOOKED IN 2 MONTHS)

If this is your first clean with us or you haven't booked within 2 months we require an additional hour of cleaning time added to your service. First visits require more time and work than subsequent visits. When you book, remember to let us know it is your first time clean.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS

We provide a wide range of products for all of your cleaning needs. We use the products that you supply or offer fully stocked supplies, if required. Our team follows a strict protocol and guidelines to ensure we get the job done right. We are available to answer any questions you may have via phone or email. 

HOW DO YOU CHARGE?

We charge by the hour.

CAN THE SAME BNB SQUICK CLEAN TEAM CLEAN MY HOUSE?

We'll do our best to ensure the same team returns to your home every time. Plus, the more familiar our team is with your home, the more they can make it sparkle and shine. To request your favorite team please contact us by email.

CANCELLATIONS / LOCKOUTS

Cancellations: We will always try to accommodate your schedule request. If you need to reschedule services or cancel a booking, please text us at 604-322-1788 or email info@squickcleanco.com with 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or changes made under 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service. In the event our team is onsite, and cancellations or changes have not been made there will be full charge of the service.

Lock-Outs: In situations where we are unable to access your location (you forget to leave a key or the key doesn't work) you will be required to pay for the appointment in full. If you're nearby and able to get us a key or let us in, the amount of time we had to wait will be considered part of the services for the day. Please keep in mind in situations like this, we will only be able to stay at your house for the original agreed amount of time unless our schedule allows for additional time.

CLEANING ARRIVAL

For homes and business: We will arrive during your preferred time (9am, 10am-12pm or 1pm-4pm or 5pm-7pm)

Vacation rentals: If you are a host, we will ensure that your location is cleaned between your check-out & check-in. If a guest requests an early check-in, please provide us with 48 hours notice so that we can build our schedules accordingly. 

ADDITIONAL TIME REQUIRED

From time to time, we may require more or less than our estimated indication. If we require more time, you will always be called for approval. If we are unable to reach you, or you do not wish to extend our stay we will do our best to complete what we can, but will finish at the end of the original agreed time.

PARKING

If you are unable to provide visitors parking, you will be charged for accrued parking charges.

NON-SOLICITAION OF TEAM MEMBERS

As our client you agree to not independently hire a present or past employee for a three-month period following your last scheduled service.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Our team always does their best for your satisfaction. When our clients are happy, we are happy! However, in case a client feels some services were not delivered properly, you can reach out to us within 24 hours of our visit. There are no refunds, but we are always appreciate to hear from our clients on how we did. If such situation occurs, please send us pictures, and we will end a team to your location with 48 hours. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume that everything was OK!
